Considering A Culinary Career? Open House Set Next Week at Institute in Campbell

The International Culinary Center is hosting an Open House -- an evening for prospective students to engage in food and wine demonstrations alongside leading experts in the culinary arts -- on Tuesday in Campbell.

The ICC will open its doors at 700 W. Hamilton Avenue in Campbell to a prospective future generation of chefs to experience first-hand the school’s comprehensive Professional Culinary Arts Immersion and Professional Pastry Arts programs.

Honoring its 30th anniversary this year, special guest, founder and CEO Dorothy Cann Hamilton, will announce a terrific new scholarship and exclusive opportunities for the ICC student body.

The evening will conclude with a cooking demonstration from one of the ICC’s seasoned chef-instructors, as well as a wine tasting led by a Master Sommelier on staff, for students interested in the Intensive Sommelier Program.
