Road Rage: Man Punches Another Through Car Window

Campbell Police Blotter - The following arrest information was supplied by the Campbell Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following are the Campbell Police reports for May 31 and June 1.

Friday, May 31

 
8:58 p.m.
Hazelwood AND Filbert
A 44-year-old was found to be under the influence of a CNS stimulant and was booked.  

12:19 a.m.
First Street AND Grant
A 33-year-old was stopped for a California Vehicle Code violation, found to be DUI and was booked.  

4:00 a.m.
Sunnyside AND Industrial
A 19-year-old was observed going through unlocked cars in the area. The suspect removed property from two cars. The suspect was located hiding in the bushes near the corner of Kennedy and Industrial. The suspect was under the influence of a CNS stimulant and was booked.  

4:30 a.m.
Campbell AND First
A 43-year-old had two outstanding warrants and was booked.  

2:38 a.m.
200 Block of Wilton Ave.
A 22-year-old was found to be drunk in public and was booked.  

11:04 p.m.
300 Block of E. Campbell Ave.
An unknown suspect entered the business and removed property. A report was filed.  

6:15 p.m.
14000 Block of S. Bascom Ave.
An unknown suspect threw rocks through the front window breaking it and damaging property inside of the business. A report was taken.  

10:00-10:45 a.m.
W. Campbell Avenue
An unknown suspect took an unattended backpack containing an iPhone and an iPad. A report was taken.  

May 6-7
500 Block of Railway Ave.
And unknown suspect gained entry to an apartment by unknown means and stole a diamond cross. A report was filed.  

10:58 a.m.
300 Block of Kuehnis Dr.
A 34-year-old went over to the victim’s residence, assaulted the victim and threw an item through the front window of the residence. When the suspect was contacted later, she was taken into custody on outstanding warrants and booked.  

10:00 a.m.-1:45 p.m.
2100 Block of S. Bascom Ave.
An unknown suspect smashed the window to a locked car, entered and took an empty Nikon camera box. A report was taken.  

1:29 p.m.
700 Block of Harrison Ave.
An unknown female suspect was observed walking up on the porch and taking a package that was delivered to the residence. A report was taken.  

Saturday, June 1  


7:45 a.m.
700 Block of Nido Dr.
A 25-year-old got into an argument with the victim. She threw a coffee mug at him, hitting him in the back of the head, causing a 6 cm. laceration and was booked.    

May 20-June 2
N. Leigh Avenue
An unknown suspect removed property from the victim’s bedroom. A report was taken.  

9:30 p.m.
600 Block of E. Hamilton Ave.
A suspect got into a road rage incident with the victim. The suspect followed the victim into the parking lot, punched the victim through the driver’s side window and then fled the scene. A report was taken.  

11:00 p.m.
900 Block of La Plata Plaza
A 19-year-old held a large party at the residence where alcohol was being served to minors. He was cited and a report was taken.  

3:50 a.m.
300 Block of Union Ave.
Two suspects, 23 and 24 years old, were asked to leave the victim’s residence because they were intoxicated. The suspects became angry and broke the front window to the apartment. Both suspects fled, were located on Union Avenue and were booked.
