Campbell PD: Smash-N-Grabs; Teen on Pot Smashes Car; Woman Falls for Green Dot Scam

• Plants stolen from front porch on 200 block of Union Ave.
• DUI: woman, 25, 1:10 a.m. Orchard City at Railway.
• Burglary at store on 500 E. Campbell. Front window smashed, sunglasses stolen.
• Public intoxication: male, 44, Campbell/Milton 7:32 p.m., male, 50, 3:30 a.m. on Orchard City.

• Blender stolen from business on 500 E. Hamilton while clerk distracted.
• Burglaries: 11:11 p.m. S. STAR; 10 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. on on 1600 W. Campbell, door broken, cash box stolen.
• Car break-in: on 200 Llewellyn, entry forced, property stolen.
• Public intoxication: woman, 53, 12:04 a.m. on 300 N. 3rd. St.

• Male, 19, arrested for fraud at 2:06 p.m. Union and West Valley.
• Car break-in: 7:14 p.m. on 1700 W. Campbell Ave., window smashed.
• Male, 38, arrested for being on stimulant and causing disturbance at 12:53 a.m. at store on 100 W. Hamilton.
• Woman reported being scammed 2:57 p.m. on 2300 Winchester Blvd. by caller asking her send money via Green Dot card to avoid her power being turned off.
• Stolen vehicle recovered: 8:40 p.m. on W. Campbell.

• Vehicles reported stolen: 4 a.m. to 5:20 a.m. on 1000 Shamrock; overnight on 1400 York.
• Car break-ins reported: overnight on 1200 Elam, window smashed, electronics stolen; on 900 E. Hamilton, window smashed, stereo stolen between May 30 and June 2; 5:51 p.m. on 800 East Hamilton,  window smashed.
• Purse stolen from vehicle 6:42 p.m. on 100 W. Campbell Ave.
• Juvenile, 17, got out of social worker's car and fled on foot at 5:47 p.m. on 800 E. Campbell.

• Stolen vehicles recovered: 7:20 a.m. on 700 McGincy Lane; 7:57 a.m. on 3300 Merrimac; 3:23 p.m. on 100 W. Hamilton; 5 p.m. on 1600 S. Bascom Ave.
• Shoplifting arrest of male, 34, 6:48 p.m. on 600 E. Hamilton.

• Plants and potting items stolen from home on 700 Jeffrey Ave.
• DUI arrest: male, 17, crashed into pole 12:52 a.m. on 2100 S. Winchester and ran away. Contacted at home and admitted to smoking marijuana and fell asleep at wheel.  

• DUI arrests: male, 57, 11:05 p.m. on San Tomas Expressway after colliding with center median; male, 53, 10 p.m. on onramp to Hwy 17.
• Warrant arrest: male, 37, on 500 W. Hamilton 12:13 a.m.
• Mailboxes attempted to be pried open on 200 block of Michael Drive.
