I began my journey into fitness seeing those I cared about suffering from chronic illness such as obesity, diabetes, asthma, etc. that could be prevented or maintained through education and discipline.

I am dedicated to providing everyone with the tools to maintain healthy lifestyles through applicable fitness and nutrition education. I believe that we have a social responsibility to the health of our youth as well as the elderly as I dedicate a percentage of the proceeds and time to develop youth athletics in schools, senior fitness programs in nursing homes, as well promoting causes relating to chronic illness.
