Morgan.</p> <p>Bordered by San Tomas Expressway on one side, Rincon Avenue on the other, Budd Avenue and Campbell Middle School, this park has everything anyone can want.</p> <p>The playground at the Rincon Avenue side is geared towards toddlers and younger children, with various play houses, a water feature, jungle gym and teeter totter. Parents can watch from the various benches and seating areas, most under ample shade.</p> <p>At the Budd Avenue side, the playground is geared towards the older children, with a massive playstructure, two tubular slides and various climbing features. Two sets of swings accomodate the younger children and parents have ample amounts of seating here as well.</p> <p>Morgan Park is also home to the Campbell-Moreland Pony/Colt Baseball League.</p> <p>The park also has three group picnic areas available for reservation as well as public areas that are first-come, first-serve.</p> <p>The rest of the park consists of green open space with various large trees providing a sense of seclusion amidst the busy expressway that borders one of the park's edges.</p> <p>Editor's Note: This park is home to geese and because of that, there is a fair amount of geese leavings. There is also access to the Los Gatos Creek Trail, which connects downtown San Jose to Vasona Park and on to the Lexington Reservoir in nearby Los Gatos.</p> <p>Although only six throughout the park, there are picnic tables available and are first-come, first-served.</p> <p>There are three areas for children and families to spend time: a basic swing set with surrounding benches and shady trees, a second playground with slides, climbing wall, merry-go-round and monkey bars and a third toddler playground, completely enclosed with tables and seating. There is also a water feature within the toddler play area.</p> <p>Dogs are allowed on leash or to travel through the park to access the trail. They are not allowed in any of the children's play areas nor in the water feature.</p>
