The Campbell Community Center is a unique community service complex. The site, which formerly housed the city's only high school, was purchased by the city from the Campbell Union High School District in August 1985. The majority of the recreation classes offered through the city's Recreation and Community Services Department are held at the Community Center, which is also home to the 800-seat Heritage Theatre and offers a variety of outdoor park facilities including a football stadium, athletic fields, an all-weather track, tennis and handball courts, a fitness zone and a skate park.

Love the Campbell Kinder Prep Program. Miss Dona's guidance over the past 19 years surely has proven invaluable to over 1,000 families. Kindergarten teachers from many local school districts, including Campbell, Moreland, and Cambrian (and some private schools) are very fortunate to be the recipients of children from her program. These kids come to kindergarten capable of conflict resolution, word recognition, and the love of learning among many other positive attributes.
