Campbell is loaded with events every week. Here's our 'short list' of things to check out before the weekend's over.

The sun is out and this weekend, the weather report says it will be in the 80s, 70s, so go out and take advantage of the Orchard City.

1. Second Saturdays

On Saturday, June 8 from 2pm-6pm, rain or shine downtown businesses invite residents and visitors alike to come out, shop, take in some art and live music.   Featured musicians include Mark Rodriguez, Ample Sound, Momentum Band, and Bernard Smith.

2. Used Book Sale

The Friends of the Campbell Library are holding their monthly book sale on Saturday, June 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Community Room. Proceeds benefit the library.

3. Whole Body Makeup Talk

The Whole Body Store, next to the Whole Foods Market is holding a talk by the founder of Gabriel Cosmetics on Saturday, June 8 at 11 a.m. Gabriel DeSantino will discuss the top five make up essentials.

4. Grill 'Em for Relay for Life of Campbell

A Relay for Life of Campbell team, Voices of Hope (Diana and Kristina's team) invites the public to eat out for a good cause on Sunday, June 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Grill 'Em, 2509 S. Bascom Ave.

5. Downtown Campbell Farmers' Market

Check out the award-winning Downtown Campbell Farmers' Market on Sunday, June 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Snap a photo of your favorite find and post it on Patch!
