Volunteers Needed, Sense of Humor a Must!

Campbell's popular Sundown Cinema is looking for volunteers to help out June 29 through August 31.

Campbell has some great events coming this summer, but they don't put themselves on.

kicks off June 29 but before that organizers are looking for reliable, responsible volunteers "with a good sense of humor" to help during their ninth annual season.

The event is a series of free outdoor movies shown on the wall of Orchard Valley Coffee every week. Classic films are screened so that the entire family can come. The entire process is run by volunteers and is put on with sponsorships as well as donation.

Organizers ask that each volunteer serve three Fridays throughout the 10-week run, so there's some flexibility. But be ready to be hooked. Many of the volunteers running these events return year after year.

The two main areas where volunteers are needed are the concessions stand and greeting. Not sure? They train!
