'The Garlic'...

Welcome fellow and future locavores to further adventures through my
TIMptations box! Never has there been a fruit or vegatable with such extraordinary facts, and tales of fiction, as the 'garlic'!                                            It is said that a single bulb of 'garlic' will keep 'vampires' away! Fact or fiction? Other than guarding us from the 'undead', this wonder plant is brimming with nutrients! With its abundance of vitamins, a steady diet of 'garlic' is eminent to our good health, as it aids our bodies in its fight against various illnesses such as the common cold, infections, indegestion, and countless others. This just may be where the myth of its 'supernatural' powers arose! Not to mention its high amount of calcium for added bone structure support.     'Garlic' is very popular and desired as an ingrediant in dishes, worldwide! With its endless ways to cook, and all those fresh veggies in my TIMptations box, I naturally decided on a vegatarian stir fry. Sauteing in butter, I gave the veggies a light shower in bassil canola oil, causing a delightful aroma to fill the air. I quickly served myself a plate, took in a mouthful, tasted and thought...
