Give A Welcome To New Rice + Noodles in Campbell!

The Rice + Noodles Asian Kitchen menu includes numerous dishes inspired by food the chef's mother served the family while they lived in Vietnam.

Rice + Noodles Asian Kitchen is now open in Campbell, with chef/owner Tuyen Chung serving a variety of Chinese- and Southeast Asian-influenced street foods prepared with fresh, seasonal and often locally sourced ingredients. 

“I want to showcase the cuisine of Asia that has evolved over centuries and is today enjoyed daily by many millions of people," said Chung. "It's accessible food that reflects a diversity of cultures, techniques and flavors."

Chef Chung, 54 and a native of Saigon, has been involved in the restaurant business for more than 30 years.

He is the proprietor of Ginger Cafe with locations in Sunnyvale and Gilroy, plus Fu Kee Restaurant in San Jose. 

The Rice + Noodles Asian Kitchen menu includes numerous dishes inspired by the food that his mother served the family while they lived in Vietnam and who owned and operated her own restaurant in San Francisco in the 1980s.

The restaurant’s select wine list is California-focused and about a dozen domestic and imported beers, on draft and in bottles, are also served.

Rice + Noodles Asian Kitchen is located in the Safeway Shopping Center at 930 W. Hamilton Avenue, #110, at Marathon Drive, in Campbell.

The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
