Join Nicole Murchison as she leads this weekly class in Yoga basics, focused on Hatha Yoga poses with emphasis on the details of specific postures, alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques. The student will be gently guided into a quiet, grounded practice which celebrates the meditative, peaceful qualities of classical yoga. This is a great way to learn the basics and build a solid foundation from the ground up. There is a suggested donation of $10 per class or you can volunteer to assist with the wellness program.
