Tantric Chakra Class: 7 class series
(Drop in students are welcome)

This wonderful new class offers a wealth of ancient Tantra knowledge for your spiritual, meditation, and tantra practice. Learn how to work with and honor the vortexes of energy in your body for balance, alignment, and understanding. This will be a journey of deep personal discovery and an opportunity for growth on all levels.

Your wellness and empowerment are increased as you energize and revitalize your whole being though this work. We will be clearing blocks in our connection to spirit, emotions, realtionships, and health. We will also focus on dissolving old patterns that no longer serve us on our path towards awareness and freedom. During this class we will concentrate on each of the seven main chakras.

* Learn about the 7 energy centers of the body
* Create needed change and restore balance in your life
* Identify health and emotional issues
* Create more energy and integration of mind, body, and spirit
* Let go of what no longer serves
* Inrease your personal energy
* Restore balance and harmony to chakra energy flow
* Become more aware of the body, mind and spirit connection

This is a non-sexual class, however we will focus on intate relationships and sexuality. Wear comfortable clothes for freedom of movement.
