You are invited to join Kika to learn and experience Tantra in a safe and sacred space of loving presence and compassionate communication. This class is about opening your heart and freeing your energy. You learn how to be fully in your power.

• Discover inspired practices to ignite the heart-sex energy connection and balance feminine and masculine energies.
• Awaken your Bliss Body as you connect with yourself, your higher self and others.
• Receive practical techniques to take home with you to enhance your sexual love life and spiritual well being.

Solo and interactive exercises incorporate conscious use of breath, movement, dance, sound, conscious touch, energy work and meditation. This class is devoted to sacred sensuality, opening the doors to your soul. Awaken to the ecstatic bliss of conscious relating in community.
You will learn self love practices to make yourself more attractive to others. You will learn how to remove the negative energy and attachments from past relationships. You will learn how to feel more love.

* This will be a great introduction to the study of Tantra. All are welcome!

* Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow for parking and registration.
* Please arrive on time to not interupt meditation.
