Stress has a profound impact on our physical, emotional, and mental health.  The good news is that we do not need to be a victim of stress.  Research substantiates that quieting the mind and relaxing the body on a regular basis improves the immune system and can reduce symptoms of hypertension.  Mindfulness skills and strategies are taught to reduce the effect of stress and to enable us to participate in managing our health.
