Dr. Bob Arnot and Mark McEwen in conversation about McEwen's near-fatal stroke.  After 15 years with CBS, McEwen shifted his TV career to a metro market.  Less than 24 hours after being misdiagnosed with flu symptoms, he suffered a catastrophic stroke.  Following a harrowing recovery, he's now back on TV and the author of a memoir about his experience.  Dr.  Bob Arnot is known to millions of viewers as the former chief medical editor for NBC and is now the host of "Dr. Danger."  In a collaborative presentation, Arnot and McEwen will discuss stroke signs and symptoms, prevention and treatment.  Event is free.  Pre-registration required at 1-888-724-2DOC.  Location: Addison Penzak Jewish Community Center, 14855 Oka Rd., Los Gatos.
