Here's Howe

Enjoying an exchange of material with Mayra Flores de Marcotte of Campbell Patch. We often go to the same meetings but Mayra brings her laptops and is able to get a lot of the material entered quickly (she types really fast) whereas slow me has to wait until I have some open time--which sometimes is never. Anyway, in exchange, she's posting some of this column which I find very flattering!

Hopefully we've found a place in the paper this week to post of photo of the wonderful mural currently being painted on the backside of Tom and Jake Harrington's On-Site building. This won't be a mural to come and stand in front of --it's way too big, but perfect from your driver's seat as you are slowly making your way down Central Avenue. The artist is a Scotsman who apparently lives in Walnut Creek. If you want details about him talk to Catherine at the Celtic Shoppe. These Scottish folks tend to stick together.
