The Council Speaks: April 5 Meeting Agenda

Tuesday night's Campbell City Council meeting will take on the topic of block parties and what to do with the Odd Fellows' building.

The Campbell City Council meeting will be Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., at 70 N. First St.

On the Agenda:
  • Ordinance 2147 amending Chapter 5.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code, separating block parties from special events. (Second Reading/Roll Call Vote)
  • Initiate proceedings of the Campbell Lighting and Landscaping District, FY 2011/12
  • Consideration of Planning Commission’s recommendation to adjust the off-street parking requirements that will allow the remodel of an existing 5,400-square-foot building and the construction of a new 4,971-square-foot addition to the existing Odd Fellows structure at 276 E. Campbell Ave. in a C-3 (Central Business District) Zoning District (Resolution/Roll Call Vote)
