Small Quake Hits Close to Home

A 3.3 magnitude rattles the South Bay.

A 3.3-magnitude earthquake shook Santa Clara County early this morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor rattled an area nine miles north of Morgan Hill and 15 miles southeast of San Jose City Hall at 3:39 a.m.

The quake had a depth of 2.7 miles, according to the USGS.

There were a little more than 100 residents that responded to the "Did you Feel It" portion of the site, none of which were in Campbell.
