Deadline Nears to Apply for Neighborhood Assistance Grants

The program offers limited funding to local groups for civic improvement projects.

The City of Campbell recently approved funding for its Neighborhood Assistance Grant Program. The funding is designed to help neighborhood groups complete civic improvement projects that will benefit the community. Limited funding is available for the 2013-2014 fiscal years.

The deadline to file an application is Friday, Nov. 1.

Grant applicants are required to attend the Dec. 12 Civic Improvement Commission meeting and make a brief presentation about their proposed project during the public hearing session. The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Campbell City Hall, 70 N. First St.
