City Of Campbell Seeks Locals' Input on Museum, Ainsley House
Four quick & easy surveys attached that will be used to help draft master plan.
The Campbell Historical Museum & Ainsley House is seeking feedback from the public, Museum visitors, Ainsley Garden event participants, and Museum members about programs and services offered by the Museum.
Feedback from these surveys will be used by Museum staff to prepare for an August 5 City Council Study Session which will help inform the Civic Center Master Plan.
Each survey is 10 questions or less, should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and are completely anonymous.
Please take the surveys that apply to you. Surveys must be completed by June 25.
