Many thanks to Todd Huffman and his Commercial Tree Care crew. The lights serve as a festive beacon for our city. In this economy, where neighboring cities are cutting back on their budgets and celebrations, Mr. Huffman and his team have helped to remind our residents that traditions matter, and that a "Can Do!" spirit can make a difference.
