SUV Hits Post and Flips at Campbell Apartment Complex
Police said the unidentified female driver was slightly injured and taken to a hospital.
A woman was slightly injured early this afternoon when the sport-utility vehicle she was driving hit a carport support post at a Campbell apartment complex.
Capt. Charley Adams from the Campbell Police Department said the woman, whom police did not identify, was trapped inside her BMW sport-utility vehicle when it flipped after hitting the support post at 350 Budd Ave.

Adams said the vehicle was being driven westbound and was about to go northbound onto Budd Avenue when the accident occurred.
Adams said the woman’s injuries didn’t appear to be serious, but said she was taken to a hospital for a precautionary check-up. He added that police are investigating the cause of the accident and are looking into the possibility that the woman may have been driving under the influence.
