Campbell Police are investigating a stabbing that took place June 9.
According to police, officers received a call at about 9:15 p.m. about a stabbing at 399 N. Central Ave. A 27-year-old man was suffering from a stab wound to the torso and was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect, 27-year-old Gustavo Dasilva, 5’11” and 190 lbs. had already fled the scene.
An arrest warrant for Dasilva has been obtained and investigators are actively searching for the suspect.
Campbell Police Capt. Dave Carmichael said that they do not believe this is a domestic violence nor gang-related.
