- Kelly Davis, 36, of Gilroy, Sept. 13, 9:50 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia. Bail set at $70,000.
- Christopher McNary, 24, of San Jose, Sept. 14, 8 a.m., on Winchester in Campbell, for felony possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $10,000.
