Gerard Jochheim, 67, of Los Gatos, May 21, at 2 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for failure to register as a sex offender. Bail set at $5,000.

  • Mark Thielen, 55, of Campbell, May 18, 1:30 p.m., at 190 W. Hedding and San Pedro streets, for DUI.
  • Ricardo Damian, 37, of San Jose, May 19, 2:37 a.m., at Wolfe Road and Highway 280 in Cupertino, for driving while unlicensed and DUI.
  • Frank Garcia, 38, of Manteca, May 20, 4:15 a.m., at Monterey Highway and Sycamore Drive in Morgan Hill, for DUI.
  • Jimmy Khurary, 30, of Morgan Hill, May 21, 2 p.m., at the South County Courthouse, 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for DUI.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Rayel Reyes, 25, of San Jose, March 26, 2:04 p.m., at De Anza and Stevens Creek boulevards in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license and improper display of license plates.
  • Jafar Alimagham, 61, of San Jose, May 14, 4:45 a.m., at Quito and Sobey roads in Saratoga, for driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with privileges suspended or revoked, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an expired registration.
  • Carlos Valle, 24, of San Martin, May 21, 11:15 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $300.

Antonio Zepeda, 31, of Gilroy, May 18, 11 p.m., at Highland Avenue and Monterey Highway in San Martin, for using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Possession

  • Raymond Schorb, 44, of Venice Beach, May 20, 1:50 a.m., at 1st and Hanna streets in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance, resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and disturbing the peace, fighting. Bail set at $17,000.
  • Anthony Azevedo, 31, of Los Gatos, May 20, 12:30 a.m., at Leigh and Kingman avenues in San Jose, for possession of a controlled substance and narcotics paraphernalia. Bail set at $11,000.
  • Robert Johnson, 53, of Los Gatos, May 20, 4:15 p.m., at Old Santa Cruz Highway and Summit Road in Los Gatos, for transportation, sale, furnishing, etc. of a controlled substance, possession of concentrated cannabis, narcotics paraphernalia, narcotics/controlled substance, controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bail set at $61,000.
  • Phillip Snyder, 48, of Gilroy, May 20, 11:30 p.m., at 5530 Montonon in Gilroy, for unlawful possession of paraphernalia and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $6,000.
  • Penny Johnson, 50, of Gilroy, May 21, 8 a.m., at the South County Courthouse, 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Antonio Figueroa, 40 of Salinas, May 1, 8:30 a.m., at the South County Courthouse, 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for possession of a controlled substance and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $10,000.

Domestic Violence

Patricia Singer, 51, of Saratoga, May 20, 12:15 a.m., at 13250 Pierce Rd. in Saratoga, for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant. Bail set at $25,000.

Burglary/Assault

Gabriel Pena, 18, of Gilroy, May 21, 4:30 p.m., at 5565 Christine Court in Gilroy, for first-degree burglary and assault with a deadly weapon.

Kidnapping/Murder

21, of Morgan Hill, May 21, 9:20 p.m., at Tennant Avenue and Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, for felony kidnapping and murder. No bail set.

Petty Theft

Parul Aggarwal, 33, of Sunnyvale, May 18, 7:48 p.m., at 20955 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for petty theft of personal property, larceny.

Lodge Without Consent

Manuel Valdivia, 26, of Sunnyvale, May 20, 12:25 p.m., at 11477 Lindy Place in Cupertino, for lodging without consent.
