Vehicle Code Violations

  • David Figueroa, 23, of San Jose, June 3, 10:30 p.m., at Prospect and Saratoga roads in Saratoga, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Davon Patterson, 24, of San Jose, June 3, 10:30 p.m., at Prospect Road and Lyle Drive in Saratoga, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Christina Roman, 22, of Santa Clara, June 6, 2:30 a.m., at Tantan and Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for not having the required lighting equipment installed on vehicle, expired registration, failure to appear and driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $25,000.
  • Brian Watherman, 43, of Felson, June 3, 2:45 p.m., at McClellan Road and September Drive in Cupertino, for improperly displaying license plates, failing to provide financial responsibility of vehicle, and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Richard Duenas, 58, of Santa Clara, April 15, 1:35 p.m., at Lawrence Expressway and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for failing to provide financial responsibility of vehicle, and driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with a suspended license.
  • David Baltazar, 41, May 29, 10 a.m., Saratoga Road and Scotland Drive in Saratoga, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving using a wireless telephone device.

Possession

  • Bryan Shiver, 27, of Santa Clara, June 4, 1:30 p.m., at Saratoga Road and Highway 85, for unlawful possession of paraphernalia and being a narcotics registrant.
  • Violet Lucas, 36, no place of residence given, June 5, 2:45 a.m., at Highway 85 and Winchester Boulevard, for possession of controlled substance, false tabs, possession of concentrated cannabis and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Bail set at $17,000.

Disturbing the Peace

Sophia Mata, 31, of Cupertino, June 4, 2 p.m., at 19500 Pruneridge Ave. in Cupertino, for disturbing the peace by loud/unreasonable noise.

Battery/False Imprisonment

  • Armando Lacayo, 45, of Saratoga, June 6, 12:30 p.m., at 14288 Chester Ave. in Saratoga, for battery on former spouse, fiance or cohabitant and false imprisonment with violence.
  • Martin Hernandez, 20, of Gilroy, June 6, 3:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for dissuading a witness from attending or giving testimony at any trial, proceeding, or inquiry authorized by law and battery against spouse/cohabitant or fiance.
  • Ruben Guerrero, 36, of Gilroy, June 6, 2:20 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance and challenging a fight in public place.
  • Jason Rivera, 24, of Gilroy, June 6, 3 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for battery and battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance. Bail set at $50,000.

Contempt of Court

David Tovar, 38, transient, June 6, 10:05 p.m., at Howson and Church streets in Gilroy, for contempt of court and using/being under the influence. Bail set at $405,000.

Petty Theft

Jasmine Norman, 21, of Cupertino, June 1, 2 p.m., at 20955 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, for petty theft of personal property/larceny and interfering with lawful business.

DUI

Derek Morse, 20, of Morgan Hill, June 6, 1:50 p.m., at 17940 Calle Hermosa in Morgan Hill, for driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.
