Assault of Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, Vandalism
Nicole Raia, 44, of Saratoga, May 9, 12:15 a.m., at Brockton Lane in Saratoga, for one misdemeanor warrant for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and four felonies for vandalism causing more than $50,000 in damages, driving in willful disregard of safety, assault of peace officer and assault with a deadly weapon.

- Michael Miroyan, 59, of Monte Sereno, 2:15 p.m., May 10, at at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. 65, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence. Bail set at $40,000.
