  • Susan Francis, 49, of Los Gatos, Sept. 6, 2:35 p.m., at 18113 Mountain View Ct. in Los Gatos, for felony corporal punishment/injury of child.

Indecent Exposure

  • Arvino Jamwal, 39, of Folsom, Sept. 7, 3:30 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor indecent exposure. Bail set at $5,000.

  • Jason Contreras, 26, of Gilroy, Sept. 5, 10:30 a.m., at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center in Elk Grove, for felony possession of marijuana/hash for sale and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, driving with license suspended or revoked.
  • Frank Catanzaro, 23, of Saratoga, Sept. 5, 4 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse at 115 Terraine in San Jose, for felony possession of narcotics/controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of hypodermic needle, syringe without prescription and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Parole Hold

  • Michael Alvarez Mejia, 23, of Morgan Hill, Sept. 4, 11:50 p.m., at 15425 Foothill Ave. in Morgan Hill, for felony parole hold, misdemeanor challenge to fight in public place, resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer, battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance.

  • Esmail Poushnejad, 67, of Morgan Hill, Sept. 5, 10 a.m., at Napa State Hospital, for felony sanity issue and attempted murder.

Under the Influence

  • Ruelyn Leniza, 28, of Milpitas, Sept. 5, 12 noon, at the San Jose Hall of Justice on Hedding Street, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Sandy Speegle, 51, of Morgan Hill, 2:45 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and disturbing the peace, fighting. Bail set at $50,000.
  • Joshua Smith, 34, of Palo Alto, Sept. 6, 9:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse at 115 Terraine in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Donal Williams, 61, of Santa Clara, Sept. 6, 11:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Domestic Violence

  • Stephanie Aguilar, 26, of Gilroy, Sept. 5, 2:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance.
  • Bertha Solorio, 35, of Gilroy, Sept. 5, at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant or fiance.
  • Dylan Cox, 20, of Cupertino, Sept. 7, 11:06 a.m., at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 190 W. Hedding St., for misdemeanor inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant or fiance.

Probation Revocation

  • Vladislav Manuylov, 20, of Cupertino, Sept. 5, 5 p.m., at 20800 Homestead in Cupertino.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Daniel Urquiza, 26, of Gilroy, July 21, 10:20 p.m., at Quito and Bucknall roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and not having stop lamps.
  • Salvador Castaneda, 46, of Saratoga, July 15, 2:31 p.m., at McDole and Dunee in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, having a suspended license and inappropriately displaying license plates.
  • Ah Lee, 22, of San Diego, Aug. 30, 3:31 p.m., at Valley Green and Stelling in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license and an infraction for failing to stop for a school bus.
  • Jose Hernandez, 46, of Saratoga, July 11, 5:15 p.m., at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for an infraction due to driver failing to stop at red signal and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Danny Linas, 41, os San Jose, Aug. 29, 9:40 p.m., at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, expired registration, failing to provide evidence or financial responsibility of vehicle.
  • Fabian Paco, 26, of San Jose, Sept. 7, 2:25 a.m., at De Anza Boulevard and Rollingdell in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving when license is suspended or revoked and being a restricted driver operating vehicle without a functioning ignition interlock device. Bail set at $6,000.
  • Shawn McElroy, 39, of San Jose, Aug. 31, 2:24 p.m., at Soda Springs and Alma Bridge Road in Los Gatos, for not wearing seat belt and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Illegal Weapon

  • Alonso Martinez, 20, of Morgan Hill, Sept. 6, 10:15 a.m., at the San Jose Hall of Justice, for misdemeanor resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer and felony carrying a concealed weapon on person without permit.

Unauthorized Paper Money

  • Celeste Waldrip, 49, of Gilroy, Sept. 6, 9:55 a.m., at the Marin County Jail, for misdemeanor making unauthorized paper money and felony possession of controlled substance. Bail set at $25,000.

Robbery

  • Clifton Summerise, 40, of Vallejo, Sept. 6, 11 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for second-degree robbery.

Failure to Appear as Witness

  • Francisco Gonzales, of San Jose, Sept. 6, 4:35 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor failure to appear as witness. Bail set at $25,000.

Conspiracy to Commit Crime

  • Kokhow Heng, 29, of San Jose, Sept. 6, 2:15 p.m., at 5191 Lapa Dr. in Cupertino, for felony parole hold, felony first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit crime, using personal identifying information that was false and burglary.

DUI

  • David Sheffield, 33, of San Jose, Sept. 7, 12:57 a.m., at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknell in Saratoga, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Joe Villanueva, 47, of Hollister, Sept. 7, 1:50 p.m., at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 190 W. Hedding St., for misdemeanor DUI.
  • Jannet Chaires, 24, of Hollister, Sept. 7, 3:03 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department at 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor DUI and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
  • Noe Perales, 35, of San Jose, Sept. 2, 11 a.m., at Arastradero and Page Mill in Los Altos Hills, for citations relating to violations of stop requirements, misdemeanor suspended license and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.

Impersonation

  • Jorge Juarez, 21, of San Francisco, Sept. 7, 2 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor giving false name to peace officer and impersonation.

Obstruction of Justice

  • Paul Mansourian, 57, of Menlo Park, Sept. 7, 9:45 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor obstructing, resisting an executive officer and driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $20,000.

Burglary

  • Byron Specht, 50, of Hollister, Sept. 7, 1 p.m., at Camino Arroyo and Renz in Glroy, for felony first-degree burglary. Bail set at $10,000.

Sexual Battery

  • Michael Cano, 22, of Gilroy, Sept. 7, 4:03 p.m., at 8587 Church St. in Gilroy, for misdemeanor sexual battery.

Petty Theft

  • Deborah Bush, 42, of Scotts Valley, Sept. 7, 6:15 p.m., at Via Regina and Pierce in Saratoga, for felony petty theft with specified priors. Bail set at $5,000.
