There was little to no damage to the vehicle, which was reported stolen out of San Jose, Hushbeck said. No one was injured and no other vehicles were damaged during the crash.

"This is not high up on our priority list right now," Hushbeck said of finding the culprit. "We really don't have a lot of leads to give us an idea of where he is."

Hushbeck said that while stolen vehicles aren't crashed in the city frequently, he has seen a rise in stolen car incidents as of late.

"They have been on the rise a little bit," he said. "Usually they are late 1990s Hondas."
