ICE Conducts Early Morning Bust in Campbell

According to an eye witness, 10 law enforcement agents, including Campbell Police were at the scene.

On Dec. 15, a Campbell neighborhood was awoken by the sounds of law enforcement agents conducting a search warrant.

Campbell resident David Scalora described the scene as "looking serious," with about 10 "very large cops" with a battering ram, and police officers stationed on the corner of Campbell Avenue and Superior Drive.

Campbell Police Capt. Charley Adams confirmed only that they had been present that morning to assist the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement with a search warrant at 52 Superior Dr. in the Orchard City.

"It’s very common," Adams said. "We normally assist other agencies so there’s no confusion."
