Garage Fire Causes $287,000 Property Loss and Damage in Campbell

No injuries were reported in Saturday afternoon blaze.

The Santa Clara County Fire department responded to a residential building fire Saturday, Oct. 19 in Campbell.

The blaze was reported at 3:53 p.m. at 405 Payne Ave. Fire investigators found a garage fire caused by a smoldering object which spread to a camper, automobile and nearby fence. The cause was determined to be unintentional.

The blaze was contained and no injuries were reported.
