Downtown Campbell Boutique Burglarized

Bela La Vie was broken into May 31.

A downtown Campbell boutique was burglarized late Friday night.

According to the Campbell Police blotter, Bela La Vie at 311 E Campbell Ave. in The Courtyard was broken into May 31 at approximately 11:04 p.m.

Boutique owner and Campbell resident Rachel Caballero posted this to her store's Facebook Page over the weekend:

"My store was broken into last night. They knew what they wanted and stole all my signed and limited edition decks. If you hear or see anything please contact me at rachaelbluesky@gmail.com."

According to her Instagram account, the thieves made off with 14 signed Powell  Peralta skateboard decks. Each deck is signed by Caballero's husband, professional skateboarder Steve Caballero.

"The cops got some good fingerprints and found one deck stashed across the street under some leaves," Caballero said on her Instagram account.
