Monday was a busy day for Santa Clara County Fire Department.
A car fire at 2:25 p.m. off of Winchester Boulevard was the first flame the department attended to Aug. 13.
The fire was unintentional and due to mechanical issues, the fire department report stated.
The second fire, called in at 9:42 p.m. and took place on Capri Drive, the report said. Magazines were being burned illegally in a fire pit.
