Campbell PD: Man Layers Up on Stolen Clothing; 3 Teens Tag Park Restroom; Loud Stomper

Monday, May 26

  • Missing teen returned home 9 a.m. on Arroyo Seco Drive.
  • White man, 5-foot-5-inches tall, in his 70s attempted to grab, kiss woman at 9:30 a.m. on 500 W. Rincon.
  • Stolen Honda recovered 7:40 p.m. on 3000 Colonial Way.
  • Double arrest 3 p.m. on 600 E. Hamilton: male, 29, shoplifting, burglary tools, probation violation; male. 30, three warrants. Heroin and paraphernalia found in vehicle.  
Sunday, May 25
  • Male, 18, arrested for tagging 12-13 utility boxes, poles, signs White Oaks and Redding 11:17 a.m.  Two citizens chased him and held him down until police arrived.
  • Minor, 16, ran away from home again 10 p.m. on Arroyo Seco Road.
  • DUI: male, 48, 11:44 p.m. on 1500 S. Bascom Ave.
Saturday, May 24
  • Male, 24, arrested for punching cab window 11:27 p.m. Campbell/Central.
  • Triple arrest: males, 53, 25, 34, for drug paraphernalia, being under influence of substances and warrants at  Hamilton/third 1:14 p.m.
  • Two Koi fish stolen from pond on 1500 Silacci Drive.
  • Business window damaged on 800 Union at 10:16 p.m.
Friday, May 23
  • DUIs: male, 27, 12:24 a.m. Winchester/Latimer; male, 40, 1:35 a.m., Hamilton/Kuehnis; male, 25, involved in collision at 2:53 a.m. Campbell/Gilman near park.
  • Burglary reported at business on 2500 S. Winchester Blvd. between 5:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Entry forced; property stolen.
  • Loud stomping on floor reported at 2 a.m. on 100 block of Timber Cove.
Thursday, May 22
  • Missing teen, 16, reported on 1400 block of Arroyo Seco Drive.
  • Two teens, 15 and 17, cited, turned over to parents 7:30 p.m. for possession of Xanax and marijuana on Curtner/McGlincy. Stopped when officer spotted switchblade in one's waistband.
  • DUI arrest of male, 20, with suspended license and on parole at 2:32 a.m. on 1200 Camden Ave.
Wednesday, May 21
  • Female, 34, arrested 2:19 a.m. on 1700 block of Grace Ave. for breaking window, entering home and breaking dishes.
  • Three juveniles -- two aged 14 and one 13 -- caught on video tagging bathrooms at JDM Park. 
  • Three Hispanic males caught on video stealing car -- a white 1993 Acura -- at 10 p.m. on 1600 S. Winchester Blvd.
Tuesday, May 20
  • DUI arrests: 5:06 p.m. male, 46, 500 W. Hamilton; 9:40 p.m., male, 24, E. Hamilton at Third Street.
  • Burglary reported 1 p.m. on 500 E. Hamilton; male in his 20s entered clothing store and removed clothing tags, dressed himself in layers and fled on foot.
  • X-box and Playstation stolen from home on 100 Union Ave. between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.
