John "Mr. Johnny" Walker appeared in court May 15, will appear again June 12.

Accused Campbell Nanny John "Mr. Johnny" Walker appeared in court Tuesday but the case was continued.

The new court date is June 12, 9:30 a.m. at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Department 23.

Two more victims have been added to the formal complaints being brought against 41-year-old Walker, said Santa Clara Deputy District Attorney Clarissa Hamilton.

"There are eight victims right now and with the two we will have a total of 10," Hamilton said. "If it goes to a preliminary hearing, all victims will testify."

One of the two newest alleged victims came forward after Walker's arrest. The DA's office was aware of the second victim, but had not formally added her to the complaint list. An additional count of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14 will be tacked on to the 14 existing counts. The DA hasn't decided what counts to bring against Walker in the alleged second victim's case.

The , in conjunction with the San Jose Police Department Child Exploits Team arrested Walker on March 8 on suspicion of child molestation. Walker was arraigned March 13.

Walker has been charged with a total of 15 counts, including:

  • Nine counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14;
  • Two counts of oral copulation of a child under the age of 10;
  • One count of possession of child pornography.

"He's looking at 195 years to life for these charges," Hamilton said.

The Campbell Police Department is urging anyone with information or who has knowledge of other possible victims to contact the Campbell Police Department at 408-871-5190.

I am impressed with CalTrans ability to do the cleanup, but the problem of homelessness does not goRead More away. Until we find a way to help these people in need, the camps will just move to another location, and everything will start all over again. The homeless need help - whether they want it or not. It's time to get that ball rolling.

Who is Tony Faber? Here is some history from a family member. My name is Karen Hunt and myRead More grandfather is and was Albert Jacob Faber. He owned and ran that bike shop up until his death in 1975. Subsequent to grandpa's death the house/building became the property of my grandmother, Lucille Faber. Upon her death, the property went to my mother, Jackie Faber-Cornick. In 1978, the business, not the building was sold to Alex Lariviere and he has conducted business since. The building was never sold and belongs to my mom, Jackie Cornick. It was her great-grandparents home back in the 1920's. We are shocked and saddened by this tremendous loss. At this time, we are trying to decide the fate of that beloved building. We are currently awaiting forensics tests, engineering and structural reports, and working with the City to keep it safe and prevent it from being vandalized and becoming a blight. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about the history of Faber's Cyclery. My grandfather was a man of character and integrity. Sadly, neither of his two sons became involved in the business. With that said, anybody claiming to be a Faber or son of Albert Jacob, is just misrepresenting the truth. Thank you for sharing your story and memories! Very truly yours, Karen Hunt Great grandaughter of the owner of the Original Fabers Cyclery.
