New Orleans Cookery is known throughout Boogie on the Bayou as the “Alligator Man.”
That’s right, Robert St. Thomas, owner of New Orleans Cookery, brings us his alligator on a stick every year and this year is no different.
New Orleans Cookery was the first Cajun food vendor at Boogie on the Bayou in the early 1990’s. Since then, he has provided our hungry-eatin' festival goers with shrimp ettoufee, Louisiana Crabcakes, Chicken/Sausage Jambalaya and much more.
So if you’re feelin fiesty, go see Robert at New Orleans Cookery and grab a stick of alligator and chomp away at Boogie on the Bayou May 19 and May 20.
The Campbell Chamber of Commerce's 34th annual Boogie on the Bayou takes place May 19 and 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in downtown Campbell.
