Hospitals and doctors - need recommendations!

I am moving to Campbell in a few weeks (and am 26 wks pregnant). I am trying to find a good doctor and hospital.  Are the recommendations for an OBGYN? Also, is El Camino Los Gatos hospital an ok hospital to deliver at? I noticed it was not listed on something posted.
