Hi Brad, I was at the AM PM on Winchester Blvd. & Campbell Ave to purhase gas this morning. I noticed that as soon as I chose the gasoline grade, the charge on the meter jumped to $0.04. I hadn't even pulled the pump trigger yet. Apparently this is a wide spread problem known as meter jumping. If there is meter jumping going on I thought you might want to know about it for The Patch.
