With Holiday meals comes lots of prep time in the kitchen! Save yourself some time by peeling your potatoes... Without a potato peeler!
Simply score the peel with a knife all the way around the middle before boiling. Boil potatoes about 15 minutes (or until done). Then remove with tongs and place hot potatoes into a bowl of ice water. Use the tongs to roll the potato around a bit and then remove. The peel will now easily slide right off like magic :)
