Seven Things to Do in Campbell This Weekend

Campbell is loaded with events every week. Here's our "short list" of things to check out before the weekend's over.

The heat is on this week, but Campbell has plenty of ways to stay cool.

For now, here’s our short list of fun events this weekend:

1. Dance the Night Away.

The  kicks off the warm evening at the  with The Crocodiles, tonight, Aug. 16 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Remember, no blankets, tarps, setup before 3:00 p.m. or dogs please.

2. Third Friday Artwalk

This is an ongoing event, every month and offers up music and art to go with your late-night shopping and dining experience.

The event kicks off Friday, Aug. 17 at 6:00 p.m. and goes to 9:00 p.m. and allows visitors to check out local artists and galleries as well as live music.

3.Bueller? Bueller?

Watch an outdoor movie in downtown Campbell at the , next to  on Friday, Aug. 17 from 8:00 to 1:00 p.m. Showing, 1986's Ferris Bueller's Day Off .

4. Get Serious

is hosting The Real SERIOUS Art Show Friday, Aug. 17 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. There will be five local artists showcasing new work, along with live painting and a chance to meet and greet with each. And yes, there will be cake pops.

5. Lost and Found

is also ramping up the art contingency in downtown Campbell with its show, Lost and Found: New Work by Greg Pnut Galinsky Friday, Aug. 17 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Live DJ.

6. Bargain Hunters-Only

The Country Women's Club of Campbell on Saturday, Aug. 18 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. that benefits the youth in Campbell. So brush up on your negotiation skills and help a good cause.

7. Get Hungry

at is celebrating the Saturday, Aug. 18 at 9:00 a.m.with treats, games and best of all, prizes.
