As a former leader, scout and mother of two scouts I encourage everyone to support the Girl Scouts. It is so much more than a box of cookies...the funds support programs in your community and provide scholarships to girls in need. If you'd rather not have cookies yourself, you can buy boxes for the troops!

I'm a former Girl Scout too. They teach girls great life skills like teamwork, leadership, self-confidence, and so much more. I have great memories of my time as a Girl Scout and, now that I have a daughter, I can't wait until she is old enough to join in the fun :)
