Free Tax Preparation Service at Campbell Library

Free Income Tax Preparation by VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) volunteers trained by the IRS will be available at the Campbell Library (Community Room, downstairs). The VITA Program generally offers free tax help to people who make $51,000 or less or who are age 60 and older.  This service will be offered every Tuesday evening (6-8 p.m.) and Saturday morning (10 a.m. - 12 noon) from Feb. 9 through April 13, 2013.  (Please note that the service will not be offered on the following Tuesdays: 2/19 and 3/19.  Additionally, the Saturday 2/23 and 3/23 events will end at 2 p.m. instead of 12 noon).  Sign-up in person beginning one hour prior to the start time.  For more information about this service, please visit this IRS webpage: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Free-Tax-Return-Preparation-for-You-by-Volunteers
