Who's Campbell's Person of the Year?

TIME magazine named President Obama their person of the year for the second time. Tell us who you think should win from our town!

On Dec. 19, Time magazine named President Obama their Person of the Year, again!

The magazine invited votes on 40 candidates, including the president, Gabby Douglas and Kim Jong Un. Other options included The Mars Rover and the Higgs Boson Particle, Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi, and Apple CEO Tim Cook. But, the president took the title again four years after he first won the award as president-elect in 2008.

But who cares about the same-old, same-old? Who is Campbell’s Person of the Year—the man or woman who, in Timespeak, “most influenced the news this year for better or worse”?

Tell us your pick in the comment section below!

Evan Low--he is a great representative of our wonderful town of Campbell here and across the nation. He is a rising star in politics with creative ideas, a love of diversity and he listens to his constituents. I believe Evan will be the Governor of our State someday!!

I second the nomination of Mike Krisman from the Cambrian 36 neigborhood association. He put in many hours of his own time to organize and lead their neighborhood into becoming a part of Campbell.
