Readers' Choice: Best Entertainment Venue

You tell us, where do you go to get entertained?

There’s no need to travel far from the borders of Campbell to find entertainment venues with places like the Heritage Theater and Camera Cinema 7 in town.

They aren’t the only places that offer arts and entertainment, so to choose your favorite you may first need to define the term arts and entertainment. Is it live entertainment? Music? Theatre? Movies? Fine art?

Here are our suggestions but if we left any other entertainment venues that you think should be added to this poll, please tell us in the comments. To read the official Readers' Choice Contest rules, please click

And while you're professing your love and loyalty to your favorite spot, why not leave a review too? Just click on the above links to be redirected to your business of choice.

The winner of this poll will be determined using a point system based on the most verified votes together with the best ratings in businesses' directory listings.

If there is a tie, the business with the highest number of positive reviews in the listings and comments in the Readers' Choice article will be declared the winner.

Voting results posted in real time shall not be deemed official until Patch has reviewed and confirmed all of the votes.

Voting is open until 9 a.m. Friday. Winner will be announced at noon Friday and will receive a "Readers' Choice 2012" certificate.

So which one is it going to be?

I am impressed with CalTrans ability to do the cleanup, but the problem of homelessness does not goRead More away. Until we find a way to help these people in need, the camps will just move to another location, and everything will start all over again. The homeless need help - whether they want it or not. It's time to get that ball rolling.

Who is Tony Faber? Here is some history from a family member. My name is Karen Hunt and myRead More grandfather is and was Albert Jacob Faber. He owned and ran that bike shop up until his death in 1975. Subsequent to grandpa's death the house/building became the property of my grandmother, Lucille Faber. Upon her death, the property went to my mother, Jackie Faber-Cornick. In 1978, the business, not the building was sold to Alex Lariviere and he has conducted business since. The building was never sold and belongs to my mom, Jackie Cornick. It was her great-grandparents home back in the 1920's. We are shocked and saddened by this tremendous loss. At this time, we are trying to decide the fate of that beloved building. We are currently awaiting forensics tests, engineering and structural reports, and working with the City to keep it safe and prevent it from being vandalized and becoming a blight. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about the history of Faber's Cyclery. My grandfather was a man of character and integrity. Sadly, neither of his two sons became involved in the business. With that said, anybody claiming to be a Faber or son of Albert Jacob, is just misrepresenting the truth. Thank you for sharing your story and memories! Very truly yours, Karen Hunt Great grandaughter of the owner of the Original Fabers Cyclery.
