Broccoli contains a group of phytochemicals called indoles that stimulate enzymes to make estrogens less effective. This is a definite advantage if you yearn for more mass, as it allows testosterone to be more potent. not to mention the amount of vitamin C it contains. "When possible, choose organic vegetables and fruits since some pesticides are xenoestrogens, which complete with testosterone."
