What would you like to see fill the vacancy next to Big Lots?
Next to Big Lots, there’s a large vacant retail space. What would you like to see here?
This space is located at 1581 W. Campbell Avenue across the street from the Kirkwood Plaza Shopping Center. The previous tenant was Floor Concepts. I spoke with the broker and he didn’t know off the top of his head when they left, but he said it’s been a while.
The broker says there’s been a lot of interest in the space, but for various reasons, something has always gotten in the way to prevent a tenant from signing a lease. The broker thinks the space for any type of retail. The space has a total of 4000 square feet but could be partitioned into 2000 square feet.
