What Should Go Here? New Merrill Gardens Retail

Merrill Gardens is Campbell’s newest mixed-use development project that’s scheduled to be completed in July 2013.  There will be approximately 17,000 square feet of new retail, restaurant and service commercial space and the brokers, Dixie Divine and Doug Ferrari of Prime Commercial, Inc. would really like to know what business you would like to see here.  Your suggestions could help them target those businesses and bring them to Campbell.

Merrill Gardens is located at the NWC of Winchester Boulevard and Rincon near Campbell Avenue just a few blocks outside of downtown.  The mixed project will have 127 apartments to the side and rear of the project, 99 of them will be dedicated for senior assisted living, but the remaining will be non-age restricted.  Although many of the apartments above are reserved for seniors, the retail below is targeted towards any age group.  

The retail/restaurant space located along Winchester Boulevard is highly visible with nice facades, outdoor dining and ample surface and garage parking. The spaces can be divided as small as approximately 1,200 square feet and as large as 12,000 square feet.  The broker sees a mix of restaurants, retail and personal services. 

Since there aren’t many vacancies downtown this new development could help businesses get into Campbell.
