New Restaurant Moving in to Former Yoga Studio

Another eatery downtown will offer more dining options to visitors.

A new restaurant with a hard-to-forget name is moving into an empty storefront on E. Campbell Avenue.

Brown Chicken, Brown Cow, an eatery that will serve salads, sandwiches and something calld the "Angry Goat Burger," will be moving in to 397 E Campbell Ave. The space had been occupied by a yoga studio but has been vacant for some time, said Campbell Project Manager Francine Principe.

The restaurant went before the Campbell Planning Commission in May of this year and described the business with indoor and patio dining, general alcohol sales and late-night operations. It's owner, Chris Yamashita is a Campbell resident.
