Listeria Risk Prompts Trader Joe's Recall

Fan of the Trader's Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice Dinner? Check your packaging, the Huffington Post reports.


If the peanut-butter recall over salmonella risk wasn't enough, now Trader Joe's is facing another major recall.

Campbell has a Trader Joe's at the Pruneyard Shopping Center that serves residents of the city.

According to the Huffington Post, the grocery store chain announced a 5,000-pound recall of its "Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice" dinner over a risk of listeria.

TJs has waaaay too many product manufacturers which are simply not monitored closely or food safety and sanitation. One of my friends told me that a small TJs salad and pizza producer has had listeria found in their products twice! Onc hey were hu down so they moved and then USDA found it again! But hey didn't have to report it to TJs! That's jut wrong! I will never et anything their!
