European Cobblery Opens in Campbell!

European Cobblery has opened in Campbell at 389 E. Campbell Ave. offering the expert shoe and leather repair service that has made it popular in Palo Alto and in Los Altos.

The family-owned business has been a fixture in downtown Los Altos, 201 First St., for 27 years.

The business is managed by Paul and Desiree Roth. It officially opened in Campbell Dec. 20, 2013.

The Palo Alto store, 410 California Ave., opened in 1940. The Los Altos store opened in 1988.

The store's hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The business is closed on Monday.

"It's a shoe store and a sock shop, too," said owner Desiree Roth. "We offer full foot-care and shoe-care products."

Roth said the couple chose Campbell for the business' third location after high recommendations from daughter Jennifer and husband Chris Pike, who lived in the Orchard City and now reside in Morgan Hill.
